What each one is for
SigniFlow is a South African platform built around regulated and high-assurance signing. Its distinguishing capability is the advanced electronic signature - the kind accredited under section 37 of the ECT Act - alongside workflow features aimed at institutions with formal document processes.
That is a real difference in kind, not in degree, and it is the one thing on this page worth taking seriously. If a statute obliges you to use an accredited advanced electronic signature, we cannot help you and SigniFlow can.
Lucid Signing produces ordinary electronic signatures, which is what the overwhelming majority of South African agreements actually require, and puts its effort into the parts that decide a dispute: what was recorded, how legible it is, and how fast the document goes out and comes back.

- You are a bank, an insurer or a public body with a formal document workflow and assurance requirements to match.
- You need face-to-face or verified identity onboarding as part of the signing ceremony.

- Your documents are ordinary commercial agreements - NDAs, leases, offer letters, service agreements - which the ECT Act recognises with an ordinary electronic signature.
