Cookie Policy
How Lucid Signing uses cookies and similar technologies, and the choices you have.
Last updated 21 July 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. “Similar technologies” includes local storage and session storage, which serve the same purposes. We use them to keep you signed in, to keep the service secure and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These make the service work and cannot be switched off. They include:
- Authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account.
- Security cookies that help prevent cross-site request forgery and abuse.
- A preference cookie recording your cookie choices.
3. Optional analytics
If we use analytics, it is privacy-respecting and aggregate: we look at which pages are visited and where the product can be clearer, not at who you are. These are only set with your consent, and you can decline them without losing any functionality.
4. Controlling cookies
You can accept or decline optional cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
